History
To change from an unhealthy sedentary lifestyle I bought a mountain bike in 2005. Since then I have ridden tens of thousands of miles and lost 90lbs and 22″ off my waist. I feel health and family are the most important things in life.When I was 7yrs old my grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is an amazingly strong person and after a radical mastectomy followed by chemo she won her fight with cancer. If not for a mammogram she would have died nearly 30 years ago.
